CDRForcing.compute_total_cdr_source(dt: float) → DataFrame

Compute integrated tracer quantities for all releases and return a DataFrame.

Parameters:

dt (float) – Time step in seconds for reconstructing ROMS time stamps.

Returns:

pd.DataFrame – DataFrame with one row per release and one row of units at the top. Columns ‘temp’ and ‘salt’ are excluded from integrated totals.
